Head: Pain atSupra orbital region of head and pain at temporal region especially on right side with lachrymation. Pupils dilated.

Face: Puffiness in face and pale over the face.

Stomach: Pain at pit of stomach and over the region of umbilicus. After eating cough will be more. Feeling of pins and needles at pit of the stomach especially on emptiness. Must eat food frequently. Saliva too hot with acrid. Nausea after eating food.

Extremities: Pain over the joints especially on small joints.

Skin: Large, flat, itching pustules. Badly smelling night-sweats. Erysipelas.
