Taraxacum officinale MT – The root of the plant acts as diuretic, as tonic, aperients and also used as a remedy for chronic disorders of kidney and liver. The drug is used for gastric headaches, flatulence, bilious attacks, with characteristically mapped tongue and jaundice skin. Used in case of cancer of bladder. Research establishes it as diuretic without loss of potassium and detoxifier. Recent scientific studies have established its active principles having α‐glucosidase inhibitory activity, thus indicating its use for diabetes mellitus.

Taraxacum Mother Tincture is a homeopathy medicine that is prepared from taraxacum officinale plant. This drug is extracted from the plant just before the flowers bloom. In tenth and eleventh centuries, it is first used by Arabian physicians in the name of Dandelion. It is used as an alternative medicine to cure different kinds of diseases.

Mind: Talks too much about social matters. Talks all the time and inclination to laugh.

Head: Pressure and heaviness in lower part of occipital region after lying down. Headache as from contraction or expansion of brain. Heaviness and pressure in head with lancinating pain in forehead and temples. Violent headache felt only when standing or walking. Tension of scalp. Vertigo with giddiness and staggering when walking in the open air. Drawing pain in left temple region while sitting and cease when walking or standing. Tearing pain in occipital region.

Eyes: Burn in left eyeball. Inflammation of eyes with lachrymation and photophobia. Nocturnal agglutination of lids. Pain in eyes, as if a grain of sand were in internal canthusburning sensation, and burning shootings in eyes.
