SBL Dysmin tablets are specially formulated for alleviating the monthly trauma-dysmenorrhoea. It relieves pain in the abdomen, pain in legs, cramps, backache, pallor of the face, headache, nausea, and vomiting. 

Mother Tincture Combination Medicines 

Janosia Ashoka Q is generally used for delayed and irregular menses, menstrual colic, arnemorrhoea, pain in ovaries before flow, menorrhagia, irritable bladder with other symptoms like unilateral headache, reflex uterine, congestive headache, better open air and by free flow.

Abroma Augusta Q is a useful remedy in relieving pain, uterine disturbances and irregular periods. In ancient times, the plant of Abroma Augusta was used therapeutically as an emmenagogue in menstrual disorders.

Abroma Radix Q which is prepared from the Augusta roots helps to get relief from the pain and also helps in stopping the bleeding and other menstrual problems. Dr. K.S Gopi says "A specific remedy for dysmenorrhea". It is used by females who suffer from delayed menstrual periods which generally causes painful conditions and general irritability. It is also useful for leucorrhoea, dysmenorrhoea and works as the uterine tonic.

Caulophyllum Thalictroide Q relieves menstrual cramps occurring at the onset of periods, with scanty flow. Pain may be felt in the pelvic region.

Dosage: Mix all the above 4 medicines in equal quantity (20 ml each) in an empty bottle. Take 15-20 drops in ¼ cup of warm water 3 times a day. (Morning-Afternoon-Evening). In case of intense pain during periods you can take dosage 4 times.

Abroma Radix Q is a useful remedy in relieving pain, uterine disturbances, and irregular periods. In ancient times, the plant of Abroma Augusta was used therapeutically as an emmenagogue in menstrual disorders. It regulates the Prostaglandins levels, higher levels of these hormone like substances are associated with severe cramps.

Cocculus Indica Q remedy is indicated when a woman has to cramp or pressing pain in the pelvic or abdominal region, along with weakness or dizziness. She may be inclined toward headaches or nausea, and parts of her body can feel numb or hollow. Feeling worse from standing up or from any kind of exertion and feeling better from lying down and sleeping are typical.

Viburnum Opulus Q treats dysmenorrhea and is used for pain radiating into the thighs. It is specific for severe low back pain with a feeling of bearing down in the pelvis. Cramps in the calves always between the menses, worse just before the period, with scanty, delayed menstruation, dysmenorrhoea.  Menses too late , scanty, lasting a few hours. Offensive odor with crampy pains extend down thighs . Bearing down before  menses. Sudden colicky pain in lower abdomen which is unbearable

Dosage: In an empty bottle, mix equal quantity of all the above 4 mother tincture medicines. 15-20 drops with ¼ cup of water 4 times, 2 days prior to periods and during periods. After periods are overtake 10 drops with ¼ cup of water, 2 times a day (Morning-Evening)
