Ailanthus Glandulosus as per HOMŒOPATHIC MATERIA MEDICA

The skin is purplish; the face is dark and hot. The throat is swollen and purple. Suited to delirious, semiconscious states with a weak pulse and general prostration. Diarrhea or dysentery with great weakness. Rash comes out in patches. Prostration at the outset of a disease. Parotid glands are sensitive and enlarged. Fulness of the head with heat; burning pains, vertigo, and nausea. The rash returns annually. A feeling of fulness everywhere, and a sensation of the passage of electric current from the head into limbs. Fever with stupor or indifference with sighing. Suited to nervous, sensitive persons and those who are stout and robust.

Head: Stupor, with sighing. Confused with mental depression. Frontal headache with drowsiness. Congestive headaches. Headache with dilated eyes and photophobia. The face is dusky. Discharge of blood from the nose that is thin and burning.

Throat: Inflamed and dusky red appearance of the throat. Swelling with a dry, rough, scraping, choking feeling. The neck is tender and swollen. Voice is croupy and hoarse. The tongue looks dry and brown. Teeth covered with precipitates. Pain while swallowing that extends to the ears.

Respiratory: Hurried irregular breathing. Dry, hacking cough. Cough causes a sore and tired feeling in the chest.
