Inspecting Your Delivery

Easy Return and Refund Process

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

International Orders

  • Handling Delivery Risks, Rejects, Lost & Damage Claims

  • Homeomart shall not be held liable for delays or delivery issues arising from:
  • Customs inspections, hold-ups, or regulatory delays.
  • Parcels lost while in the custody of courier or third-party logistics providers.
  • Natural disasters, war, pandemics, earthquakes, strikes, or other force majeure events.
  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
  • If your order arrives damaged, please notify us immediately and provide clear photographs of both the product and the outer packaging. We will review your claim and work diligently with the courier partner to resolve the matter wherever possible.
  • For lost shipments, we will coordinate with the respective courier or logistics provider to seek compensation in accordance with their policies. Any compensation received from the courier will be passed on to the customer.
  • Please note that no claims, refunds, or replacements will be entertained for shipments rejected, confiscated, or refused by customs authorities.
