Mind : Distraction of mind, while reading. Wander all the time.

Head : Dullness, with obscured vision, especially in forehead over eyes. Headache aggravated by walking. Rush of blood to head from all over. Headache ameliorated in open air and aggravated by warm room. Heaviness in forehead, as from intoxicated. Pain in frontal region of head. Pressive pain in the evening. Pressive pain in right frontal eminence.

Eyes : Sudden sensation of warmth with stitching in left side of eye. Eye fills with tears.

Mouth : Root of tongue thickly coated with yellowish colour especially on rising in morning; later extends along sides, especially profuse salivation along with nausea. Saliva frothy and salty. Nausea ameliorated at rest and aggravated while walking.

Throat : Frequent hawking all the time. Sensation as if a large amount of food had been swallowed. Burning in pharynx and oesophagus while rising up from stomach like heartburn; and pressure in oesophagus. Aggravated by swallowing hard food and on empty swallowing especially at afternoon seems as if a plug sticking in pharynx. Sensation of constriction on swallowing hard food.

Stomach : Severe thirst along with heart burn. After drinking water and eating food sensation of heaviness and fulness in abdomen occurs. Sensation of hard body substance in oesophagus.

Abdomen : Rumbling and gurgling, with passage of odourless flatus. Emission of offensive flatus. Griping pain at abdomen. Movements in abdomen with gurgling sound. Heaviness of abdomen with fullness and distension in abdomen.

Eructations : Frequent, tasteless and odourless of acid with griping scalding in pharynx. Violent heartburn with eructations. Retching and vomiting of water, with violent retching and burning in stomach and abdomen, extending to both sides under false ribs and whole chest with extreme discomfort and anxiety in pit of the stomach. Nausea all the time with inclination to vomit. Nausea occurs especially at at rest, Aggravated by movement.

Stool and Anus : Sensation as stony hard substance in abdomen. Stool small, thin, soft, greenish, with dead threadworms; copious, pasty, partly hard partly soft, sour, fermented; yellowish grey. Burning in anus always feel to scratch. Violent and sudden stitching pain in anus. Crawling biting in anus. Stool blackish, hard, covered with mucus, followed by prickling burning in anus.

Urinary Organs : Dark yellowish urine soon changes to transparent. Urine will be bright golden yellow or dark brown like beer.

Chest : Burning pain at sternum. Compression of chest compelling frequent deep breathing.

Back : Pains in small of back and at coccyx region, as if sprained and bruised, with urging pass to stool.
Lower Limbs : Heaviness in lower limbs.

Sleep : Sleep in afternoon with vivid dreams. Vivid dreams of dead people and death of persons. Dreams of confused and unremembered matters.

Fever : Pulse full and hard. Creeping chills on moving about; over whole body after vomiting, with coldness of hands and feet and frequent eructations of gas. Inclined to perspiation.
