Hepar Sulph 200 - is most helpful in the initial stage of tuberculosis. The symptoms indicating its use are cough, stitching pain in the chest, and oppression of breathing. The cough is hoarse, loose, and rattling. In the first stage (primary infection), Immune system cells find and capture the TB germs. The immune system may destroy the germs but some captured germs may still survive and multiply

Stannum Met 30 - for cases in which there is cough, weakness, and weight loss. In cases needing it the cough is attended with copious, greenish, or yellowish-coloured expectoration. It has an offensive taste. Sometimes there is tough glairy mucus mixed with pus. Difficulty in breathing may also be present. This is worse from motion.

Tuberculinum 1M – a top-grade pulmonary tuberculosis medicine as per Dr.Sharma. In cases needing it there is a dry, hard, hacking cough. It is present throughout the day but gets worse during sleep. Calcarea Carb 200 for cough and chest constriction present. Chest pain is of the pleural type in appears as a heavy tightening feeling on the chest of a TB patient. For using Calcaera carb the cough is loose with rattling in the chest. Profuse sputum is expectorated with cough. It is whitish–yellow colored.

Kali Carb 30 when there is a cough and stitching pain in the chest. Cough is exhausting where this medicine is required. With a cough, there is profuse expectoration of whitish-yellow pus or green-colored scabs. Whistling and wheezing
